How does Driveforward work?

Are there any extra fees that I will have to pay on top of the listed price?

With Drive Forward, all you’ll have to remember is one flat monthly fee for a car that includes insurance, maintenance, servicing and tons more! Besides always keeping the car rental price at an affordable rate, we work hard to make sure the whole process is simple and easy – all handled from your own personal computer or mobile phone – so there is no reason why driving around shouldn’t be as effortless as everything else in this day and age.

What exactly is not included in the monthly subscription fee?

The monthly  fee does not include expenses related to usage will including fuel, parking fee, car wash, and electronic road-pricing tolls.

Are there limitations to signing up for the Drive Forward car rental program?

The drivers have to be in possession of a valid driving license in Singapore. International drivers also need a valid international driver’s license and a valid passport. We also require our renters to be at least 22 years old with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience.

 

Rules and Regulations

What is the minimum rental period?

The minimum rental period for our vehicles is 1 month, but customers are welcome to rent for as long as they need a car. The base rate will be charged on a monthly basis, but should the customer choose to return the vehicle early they may do so within the stipulated time frame and there will not be any proration/refund.

How much mileage am I allowed to drive in the rented vehicle?

Mileage is unlimited, unless it is restricted somewhere in the terms.

Can I use the vehicle for Private Hire Vehicle usage? (ie Grab services)

You are not to use the vehicle for Private Hire Vehicle activities. You must use the car for personal use and operate the vehicle with caution at all times.
